Understanding our Agreements

  1. Read through our Accounting Agreement.

Our Accounting Agreement outlines both parties responsibilities for invoicing and payment of fees incurred under the Customer Software Agreement (CSA), whether for use of the Licensed Software or receipt of Services, as both are defined in the CSA. CollaborateMD (CMD) reserves the right to update or modify the agreement periodically to ensure consistency with the CSA, to promote operational efficiency or otherwise. Continued use by Customer or any end user accessing the Licensed Software under or through Customer’s account shall constitute acceptance of the terms of the CSA and this Agreement.

Our Training Agreement outlines both parties responsibilities in delivery and utilization of the Licensed Software. CMD reserves the right to update the Training Agreement periodically to ensure consistency with the CSA and to allow for operational efficiency, changes in workflows or otherwise.  You will learn more about the training life cycle during the introduction call and in the training overview.

  1. Know what to expect with our Support Agreement.

Our Support Agreement outlines both parties’ responsibilities for ongoing use and support of the Licensed Software.  CMD reserves the right to update this Support Agreement periodically to ensure consistency with the CSA and to allow for operational efficiency, changes in workflows or otherwise.
