Security questions and answers help you retrieve login information when you forget your password. Upon logging into CollaborateMD for the first time, you will be prompted to update your security questions and call-in pin up to three times before being forced to do so.
Your Call-in PIN is used when contacting CollaborateMD Support to confirm that we are speaking with the person who is authorized to receive information or assistance with your Account. We strongly recommend keeping your PIN secure and never sharing this information with anyone.
Important: Sharing your Call-in Pin or security questions with others, even co-workers, is a violation of our User Agreement. A CollaborateMD Representative will verify your Call-In Pin on every call and chat; this will authorize us to discuss and review information about your account. No account information will be discussed until verified.
