Modify / Delete Insurance

To modify or delete an insurance policy for a specific patient, you must first find the appointment for the patient using the Calendar widget. 

Follow the steps below to modify / delete an insurance tied to a patient.

  1. Find the patient and click on their name.

  2. Click on the Insurance tab.

  3. Select the Insured or the Policy you wish to modify.

  4. Under Policies, select Edit.

  5. Click on the  icon displayed next to the policy you wish to delete it.

  6. If you’re sure that you want to make the policy inactive, select Inactivate. Otherwise, select Cancel.

  7. Click Done

  8. Click Save.
