Configure the Payment Portal

Before you can begin inviting patients to the Payment Portal, you'll need to configure your Payment Portal. 

Who can use this feature?

Any User with the Payment Portal permission can configure the payment portal.

  1. Visit https://www.paystatementonline.com/loginAsAdmin

  2. Log in with your CollaborateMD username and password.

    • If you manage more than one customer’s Payment Portal, use the drop-down menu to select the customer you wish to configure.

  3. Click the Choose File button to upload a logo

  1. Enter the required fields: Practice Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, Phone

  2. Enter the Minimum Payment amount patients can make via the portal.

  3. Don't want Patient Account Credits to effect the patient's due amount? Place a check in the Exclude un-applied credits when showing patients the amount they owe box.

  4. Click Submit
